May 4 Saturday– Rural Artists Studio Tour and Nursery Open House from 10 am to 6 pm

Riverview sponsors the Rural Artist Studio Tour and will have an opening day sale at the nursery. More details about the tour will be shared as they become known, but we do know that our neighbor, The Art Farm, is opening their studio for tours.
May 18 Saturday – Master Gardeners Plant Sale

May 25, 2024 Saturday – Clear Lake Land Conservancy, 9 am to noon
Outer Drive, Fremont, IN
We are back again at Clear Lake for a plant sale during the Lions Club Chicken BBQ sale at the park across from Clear Lake Lutheran Church.
June 1 Saturday – Wawasee Area Conservancy Talk and Eat Plant Sale
WACF Pavilion, 11586 IN-13. Syracuse, IN
We are finally able to come back to this event. Details will be shared as they are known but there is a breakfast buffet, speaker and then a plant sale.
June 8 Saturday– Master Gardeners Plant Walk and Sale

Third Party Sales of Riverview Plants (as of 3-8-24)
Please direct all kit questions to the SWCD office or the Conservancy. We would be glad to answer questions about specific plants.
Allen County SWCD Garden Kits
Allen County is offering four kits: sunny, shady, short and showy, and water's edge. Orders and payments are due on April 12 and pick-up is scheduled for May 11, just in time for Mother's Day. Simply tie a big ribbon around the plants and perhaps include a good native garden book.
Dekalb County SWCD Garden Kits
DeKalb is offering sunny, shady and water's edge kits. Orders with payment is due April 23 and pick-up is scheduled on Tuesday May 7. Buy a kit for your mother, drop a hint or buy it for yourself. This is a present that will keep giving joy for years.
Steuben County SWCD Water's Edge Kit
Because this is the county of 101 lakes, they are offering the water's edge kit. Details will be shared as available.
